Today is my first day with this, and I hope ya'll like or start to enjoy reading what goes on in my life! Oh the stories I have from today...
As always, I woke up and went to class, and as usual it was quite boring. After class I went and got lunch with my sister then came home and took a nap. When I woke up was when my day really started. You see, a few days ago I ordered what I thought was the work-out program P90X, boy was I wrong. I ordered it over a week ago and it still hasn't arrive, so I started checking the website out--like I should have done before I ordered it. Well, come to find out there are no contact numbers on the actual site, no tracking page like it said there was, and also the e-mail addresses given and the phone numbers I finally found to not work. This was not good news, seeing as how the people had already taken my money for the supposed P90X and some more money. I called my mom and she transferred the money out of my account so the people can't take any more of it, thank goodness!
I couldn't wait for my sister to get home so I could share my story with her, little did I know she had a bigger one! I had been texting my sister when she tells me that she might be home late from work because the girl she nannies for was locked in her room crying. Oh, but it got so much worse! It turns out that the girl got mad at Morgan, hit her and then proceeded to escape from the house through her window! She opened the window, punched out the screen and before my sister could grab her she was gone! Now, I love my sister and all, but she is not the type of girl to jump out of a window and run a marathon, however today she did. She jumped out of the window, hitting her back and bruising her legs. She fell in a bush when she landed because the drop was farther than she thought, but not to worry, she got up and started running after the girl! Morgan caught sight of her, and then the girl ran into four lanes of traffic, and kept running! At that time a family friend of the girl came and told Morgan to go back to the house and wait, and that she had sent her daughter after the girl. The family friend finally arrived at the house, and they had to call the police to file a missing persons report because they couldn't find the girl! Then they got a call--the girl had been found having a seizure on the side of the road! They raced her to the hospital and had to run tests because she couldn't talk to them when they found her and didn't know what was wrong with her. Her mom was not in town, but came back tonight. We have not heard any more, but hopfully she is doing okay!
Oh the lives my sister and I live daily. Everyday is a new adventure! I am so blessed!
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11
