Fluffy A.K.A Smokey:

I made a new friend today and I named him Smokey, but I just recently changed it to Fluffy. You see what happened was: Like every other Thursday morning Morgan and I woke up to get ready for class. We were ready to leave so headed outside to my car. While getting in, I spotted a kitty-cat that has been around the neighborhood lately. At first he was scared and started to run, then I started talking to it and it came over to me. It let me pet it and it started rubbing on my leg when I stopped. Smokey AKA Fluffy is the sweetest thing, almost as sweet as my Sydney back home. After I got home for school I searched for him numerous times, but didn't find anything. However, I did find two boys, that I guess live behind me, outside with their guns--random I know. They were shooting something, I hope it wasn't Fluffy. I just went back out to search for him again, and still came back with nothing. I pray that he didn't get killed and is happily in a house somewhere safe.

Speaking of animals, Kentucky and summer is normally filled with animals. Last summer Jerica, Morgan and I had the opportunity to see a baby deer. Some of our guy friends were clearing out a branch and found it all alone. It was about to run into the road so they rescued it. To the right is a picture of it, ain't it cute? Summer is only forty-three days away and I am super excited.

I felt like today was going to be a long day, but it really wasn't. It's hard to believe that tomorrow is already Friday, but hey, I ain't complaining. Kentucky won their game today, that was exciting. I was actually watching the game during class--yeah probably shouldn't have been doing that, but I couldn't resist. Tomorrow I have a meeting with a lady from church. Hopefully I will be able to start helping with the preschoolers. I love my new church up here and would like to become more involved and hopefully I will be able to.

Well, I'm very tired so I'm gonna finish watching Jersey Shore then hit the sack. Night ya'll!
